Mr Max Prentice

Mr Max Prentice is a well-known and highly experienced Insolvency Practitioner with over 35 years experience, a Chartered Accountant, an Official Liquidator of the Supreme Court in Equity NSW, and a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy. Mr Prentice founded the successful national insolvency firm Prentice Parberry Barilla (PPB) in 1983 where he was a partner for 25 years until commencing a new firm, BPS Recovery, specialising in corporate and personal insolvency in 2009.

Mr Prentice has acted as Administrator, Liquidator and Receiver for numerous large insolvency matters with assets in excess of $500m, and has broad ranging experience of many industries in Australia, UK, USA, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Mr Prentice has also worked as Receiver and Manager on behalf of all four major banks in Australia, as well as other large financial intermediaries.
