Steps to Agreement

• If you believe you need funding for a claim please submit completed application form below with as much supporting detail as possible.
• Legalfund will contact you to discuss your application for funding.
• Successful applicants will enter into a formal funding agreement with Legalfund which will include;
• The amount of funding you require for your legal costs;
• Each offer is individual but usually provides for the payment of any cost orders against you. Legalfund will also provide security for costs of the opponent if required by the Court.
• Legalfund's fees for providing this service is usually 30% of the gross proceeds of your claim.
